I’m sitting here in my hotel room in Kolding, Denmark after another long day of work, catching up on my personal life. I’ve finally added some of Lori’s fantastic photos from our Prague trip to our album. I’ve also uploaded the photos from the Passover Seder we hosted Monday night. It was a fantastic time, with twelve of us enjoying great food and lots of wine. Lisa put on a fabulous party.
What else is happening…well, I just got my UK driving licence in the post the other day – it was so weird, feeling like I was 16 again, taking driving lessons and being nervous for a test that 60% of people fail. But at least I’ve (supposedly) learned to drive a manual now. That should help living out here in Europe.
Tonight, my mom flies to Amsterdam and tomorrow Lisa heads over from London and I fly there from here in Denmark for the long weekend. Lisa and I honeymooned there almost 6 years ago and we haven’t been back since. My brother Shain lives there now, and the four of us should have a great time. We’re also renting a car on Saturday to drive around the country for the day (that’s right – I don’t waste time renting manual cars in foreign countries!)
Hoping to post again in a couple of days…
