It certainly has been a while since I last updated this blog. We have been quite busy over here so that’s going to be my excuse. OK?
And what has been keeping us busy you may ask? Well, aside from the usual, we’ve also been busy getting Lisa’s jewellery venture off the ground.
A few years ago, Lisa started getting very creative with beads, semi-precious stones, silver, pearls, etc. She’s incredibly talented and has decided that while we’re still here in London she’s going to have a go at trying to sell her work. A couple of weeks back she attended a party and managed to sell quite a few pieces. She also got a couple of orders for bespoke creations, which is another great angle.
So, we’re moving forward and have created a website (still to receive final look and feel) to show samples of her work and are developing other means to market (e.g. Facebook group coming soon). A launch party will happen here in London sometime in the next few weeks and we’re really excited about the opportunity for her to have fun and capitalise on her creative skills.
For those of you back in Canada or elsewhere in the world, we’re able to send anything anywhere and Lisa can work on unique creations keeping you involved via video/photo/internet.
